These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from Veyra Labs, operated by Millesime LLC (“Veyra Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • You are purchasing the products for personal use and not for unauthorized resale.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately present product descriptions, ingredients, quantities, packaging, images, and usage instructions.

Product packaging, labeling, color, or appearance may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. We may update product packaging or information without notice, provided that the product’s essential characteristics are not materially affected.

You are responsible for reviewing the product label, ingredient list, warnings, and directions before use.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

An order is accepted when it has been processed for shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Suspected unauthorized resale

  • Violation of our policies

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. The price charged will be the price displayed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for:

  • The products ordered

  • Applicable taxes

  • Shipping charges

  • Subscription renewals, when applicable

  • Any other charges disclosed before purchase

We may use third-party payment processors to complete transactions. We do not directly store complete payment card information.

If payment authorization is declined, reversed, or canceled, we may suspend or cancel the order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Where permitted by law, risk of loss transfers when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@veyralabs.us. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Under our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • The guarantee applies to your first order of the product.

  • One bottle may be opened and tried.

  • Any additional bottles must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return authorization must be obtained before sending any product back.

Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@veyralabs.us within 7 days of delivery.

Your request should include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging and label

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

11. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the frequency and price disclosed during checkout until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically for each renewal, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting support@veyralabs.us.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next order is processed. Canceling a subscription does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

We may change subscription pricing by providing notice in accordance with applicable law.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may:

  • Be limited to specific products or customers

  • Have an expiration date

  • Be limited to one use per customer or household

  • Exclude subscriptions or other offers

  • Be subject to minimum-purchase requirements

  • Be unavailable for retroactive application

Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined.

We may cancel or reject a promotion where we reasonably believe it has been obtained, transferred, or used fraudulently.

13. Product Use and Health Disclaimer

Veyra Labs products must be used according to the instructions and warnings appearing on their labels.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information provided through our website, packaging, advertising, emails, social media, or customer support is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a dietary supplement, particularly if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Take medication

  • Have a medical condition

  • Have allergies or sensitivities

  • Are scheduled for surgery

Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Individual results may vary. Testimonials and reviews do not guarantee that you will experience the same results.

14. Resale Prohibition

Products purchased from Veyra Labs are intended for personal use unless we provide prior written authorization for resale.

You may not resell, redistribute, export, or commercially exploit our products without written permission.

We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Millesime LLC and Veyra Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.

Where permitted by law, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, supply shortages, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, power failures, or internet outages.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Disputes are also subject to the dispute-resolution provisions contained in our Terms of Service.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale periodically.

The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect when your order is placed. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
