Veyra Labs is operated by Millesime LLC (“Veyra Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our website or purchase our products.

By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs, supply disruptions, and incorrect delivery information.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title transfer as permitted by applicable law when the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions described in that policy.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

9. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout until the subscription is canceled.

Subscription prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, and applicable discounts will be displayed before purchase.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting support@veyralabs.us.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next order is processed. Canceling a subscription does not cancel an order that has already been processed.

We may change subscription prices or terms by providing notice as required by applicable law. If your payment method cannot be charged, we may retry the payment, suspend the subscription, or cancel it.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

  • May be subject to additional terms

  • May have expiration dates

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be applied retroactively

  • Cannot be combined unless expressly stated

  • May be limited to one use per customer or household

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions and reject discount codes obtained or used fraudulently.

11. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

Notify us immediately at support@veyralabs.us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false information or associated with fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available through our website, including trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, text, designs, and software, belongs to Veyra Labs, Millesime LLC, or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding that is not subject to mandatory arbitration must be brought in a state or federal court located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please contact us first at support@veyralabs.us so that we can attempt to resolve any dispute informally.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Millesime LLC agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the dispute will be resolved through individual binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You and Millesime LLC waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

This section does not prevent either party from:

  • Bringing an eligible claim in small claims court

  • Seeking temporary or emergency injunctive relief

  • Exercising rights that cannot legally be waived

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@veyralabs.us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

22. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

23. Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any additional terms displayed at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veyra Labs regarding your use of our services.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal obligations.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
